Lilly’s Pet Care is dedicated to our rescue mini yorkie Lilly.
At Lilly’s Pet Care we offer home-from-home experience. We understand the special bond you have with your pets, not just dogs but very important members of your family. Growing up with animals and having a pack of chihuahuas and a little yorkie here in London we have gained experience, knowledge and grown confidence to provide top-notch care for your furry friends.

comfortable home-from-home experience for small dogs. We have created the place where they receive the best care and attention while you are away.

Your furry friend will join other dogs or be our only guest depending on the booking.
We believe plenty of outdoor time and exercise plays a vital role in your dogs health. We will take your dog(s) for two walks a day where they can enjoy a beautiful open space for plenty of exercise.
When the weather is not great, we will take your dog(s) out a little & often. Unlimited use of our secure garden is offered.
Everyone will get plenty of playtime, exercise and relaxation, as well as endless amount of cuddles.
Our goal is to provide a safe, supervised, social and friendly environment for all our guests🐾
We are fully insured & licensed, we take our pet care seriously.
In order to provide the best pet care possible, we ask for you to follow the requirements below:
Book meet and greet sessions – meeting in a local park is a great opportunity to ask questions and discuss your pups’ daily routine and care.
Dogs must be able to socialise with other dogs and people.
Dogs must be house-trained unless they are puppies (we expect them to make little mistakes).
We will not take persistent barkers as we live in a residential area.
Please note that we cannot accommodate dogs that show signs of aggression or require constant one to one supervision.
Additionally, we do not accept bitches in season or those who will be in season during their stay.
We also check and scan health book with up to date vaccinations and flea and worming treatment details (required by law)
We do not require kennel cough vaccinations but please note that dogs having evidence of KC or associated illness will be refused boarding as this may affect their stay as well as other dogs wellbeing
The Consent & Client form has to be returned to us before the booking is secured so we have time to do our checks.

Secure your spot by making a 50% deposit on the date of the booking
The outstanding balance must be paid on your pet(s)
last day of stay(for boarding) or at drop of / pick up (day care)
Please note that due to our limited capacity we require a minimum of three days notice for cancellations
We will do our best to fill any available spots but it not always be possible
Our cancellation policy
- 72 hours or more – No charge
- 48 hours or less – 50% charge
